The Radio & System Repair Process
At PWC, we understand that improving your business communications with radio equipment is no small investment. When your radios or system aren’t performing correctly and needs repair, time is of the essence. That’s why PWC maintains in-house repair and field service. Many suppliers will simply refer you to your manufacturer’s warranty repair, which can result in weeks without a piece of equipment. PWC is a factory service depot for most major manufacturers and we stock a deep inventory of parts to ensure a quick turnaround or a replacement part.
We pride ourselves on customer service—repairs that need to occur on site, our field technicians are dispatched as soon as possible and our service vans are stocked with parts to ensure that repairs are performed as quickly as possible. Our in-house technicians are FCC-licensed technicians to service your radio systems. We also have factory-trained technicians who continually upgrade their licenses to stay up-to-date on radio repairs (continuing education).
24-Hour Emergency Service
PWC has an on-going 24-hour emergency service policy. We know that most businesses or institutions that use two way radios are not nine-to-five operations. If you have critical equipment failure at night on a weekend, we are at your service. Any day of the week, any time of the year—we will be there when you need us. Leaving a message on our emergency repair line will dispatch a technician on duty who will get you repaired and running as quickly as possible.
